In 2001, LeDoux Insurance Agency, Inc. with the corporate office located in Eugene, Oregon, purchased Payless Auto Insurance and Acclaim Auto Insurance Agency. Until recently, the offices of Payless Auto Insurance and Acclaim Auto Insurance were in separate locations and maintained separate identities.

On July 1, 2009 Payless Auto Insurance and Acclaim Auto Insurance merged into one corporation; LeDoux Insurance Agency, Inc. and became Payless Insurance Agency, a division of LeDoux Insurance Agency Inc. For convenience, we have retained and enlarged our location at 1202 Hawthorne Ave NE in Salem and kept our main phone numbers: 800.586.3714 or 541.988.4799. We are still that same caring staff and here to meet all of your insurance needs. This merge offers even better customer service and products than could be offered under the prior organization design. There are now three convenient locations to service your policies; SALEM, EUGENE and SPRINGFIELD. We will also be offering additional locations to serve you in the months to come.
